As the “main course” of the Neuro Strategies Foundation Track, the Neuro Strategies Certification Training Program is truly a “zero to hero” style of program in the sense that the program is designed both for students who have either no experience in Neuro Strategies or professionals who have been using these technologies for many years.
The Reality of the World in Which We Live
We are living in very unique times. Global instability, regional conflicts, mass shootings, economic uncertainties, demographic tensions, etc., etc., etc.
Many people react to this outside world with skepticism, fear, apathy, anger, resentment, (insert your favorite negative emotion here). Yet at the same time, there are others who are optimistic, forward thinking, resourceful, and excited about the future. How can there be so many different perceptions of the world in which we live? While we share the same external world, we often don’t all share in the same perception of that outside world and, inherently, we differ in our response to our own perceptions of the world.
The “Red Pill” of Neuro Strategies
Like the movie “The Matrix”, most people are plugged into the common thinking. Thinking systems that are passed down from our families, our environment, our media, etc. and those systems are accepted as being “real” by our own unconscious – making them “real” to us. But what if it wasn’t really “real”? What if we could unplug ourselves? What if we realized that we have both influence and control over our perception of the outside world? What if we could take a proverbial detour and explore more of what we or our clients are capable of achieving?

While originally designed as an NLP Certification Program over 15 years ago, the Neuro Strategies Training Program utilizes a strong foundation of NLP core concepts and builds beyond the original framework of NLP. Working with individuals and organizations world-wide for over two decades, Neuro Strategies creator, Steve Linder, realized that there are core patterns to human behavior. These behaviors show up in individuals, families, organizations, communities, societies, and regional levels. Yet despite the micro and macro level views of the world, they share many of the same thinking systems – what Linder calls the Neuro Strategies.
Having trained the majority of the Trainers for international training organizations, military personnel from many countries, politicians on the city and national levels, mental health workers serving individuals and communities in times of needs, etc. – EVERY experience added new distinctions and depth to the Neuro Strategies Framework.

The Neuro Strategies Core and Applied programs were originally taught in a 7-day format. Through the use of accelerated learning techniques, this was condensed into an intense 5-day program. What You Will Learn, Experience, and Integrate

- Get a foundation in Neuro Strategies (NS), starting with conceptual framework for the interpreting the world around us and an introduction to traditional approaches – and traditional results.

- Get introduced to basic psychology and NLP concepts. Focus on the development of a coaching model and the various stages / points of the NS framework. Your clients are both everywhere and nowhere along the framework in various areas of their lives. The key is to understand where they are, how (not why) they arrived there, and (most importantly) what you can do to facilitate both change AND truly sustainable progress.

- Familiarize yourself with the origins of Neuro Linguistics and various other psychological developments in understanding not just the effect of various human behaviors, but the underlying causes. Learn about substantive human psychology and the associated existing approaches to understand the opportunities to design new intervention techniques.

- Explore the concepts, issues, principles and techniques focusing on the impact and interdependence of physiology, psychology (internal representations), one’s state, the inherent behaviors and subsequent actions. Topics include identifying the “one thing” or key area needing strategic evaluation. This will also allow you to identify the impact on dependent thinking systems and the cross-contextual integration of sustainable strategies. Most important, you will learn to identify winning commonalities (behavioral isolates), modeling and integrating the isolates, verifying congruency with values and identities, and converting the conceptual future into a reality through advanced integration techniques.

- Contrast elements of various approaches to understand both appropriateness and applicability of various strategies.
- Apply theory, the use of real-world situations from other strategists and evidence-based solutions, and incorporate the Neuro Strategies framework to recommend tactical and strategic solutions.
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and theories are dissected and explained to both appreciate their origins AND to distill the isolates of what REALLY creates generative, lasting change/progress.
- LIVE – See the Neuro Strategies in application through seemingly normal conversations – and be able to appreciate the underlying strategies and application of the Neuro Strategies framework.
- Stories, states, strategies, histories, and the “tribal structural factors” which influence our current identity , as well as external and internal coaching strategies are also addressed.
- Intra-personal coaching or tribal coaching – Teaching clients how to have their internal thinking systems engage in their own coaching. Revolutionary.
